We are looking for a senior change practitioner with clear business acumen from complex transformations in global environments with the ability to lead, design & drive change in programmes & projects. 
 
Our ideal candidate is not only a well-versed change manager, but also a strategic thinker, prepared to guide clients on their journey toward data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions. 
 
What you’ll do 
  • Develop and implementend-to-end OCM strategies for programmes & projects
  • Design& lead impact assessments, change readiness, stakeholder mapping & change networks to drive organisational impact
  • Advise & coach clients to develop internal change capability & maturity
  • Conceptualise & execute innovative communication activities & campaigns to spark attention & desire
  • Design training needs analyses & drive development of training that changes behaviours & increases adoption 
  • Map benefits, engage benefit owners and measure adoption & benefits realisation
  • Advise senior leaders, sponsors, technical specialists& managementon organisational risk & mitigations
  • Develop & grow our Delivery & Organisational Change offering to meet demand for AI adoption, digital transformation & new ways of working

Qualifications, we hope you will bring

  • Proven results as a senior advisor in enterprise environments, with a proven ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes.
  • A Master's degree, potentially in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. 
    • Relevant certifications, such as PROSCI ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist.
  • 6+ years experience working as an external consultant at a consulting house or with a mixture of both consulting and industry experience.
  • A commercially driven mindset, complemented by hands-on experience in sales or business development
  • Leadership qualities, with a dedication to mentoring and empowering team members to reach their full potential
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at connecting with and engaging diverse audiences in both Danish and English.
