Senior - Principal Consultant - Business Solutions & ERP

Role Description

Are you an experienced consultant with passion and knowledge for ERP transformations that truly change how businesses work? We are seeking applicants with extensive experience taking the lead in complex ERP transformation projects across ERP strategy, ERP sourcing, project and programme management, architecture, and business consulting. 

Please note, we are accepting applications from candidates matching Senior Consultant (3+ years) through to Principal Consultant (6+ years) levels of experience. 


What you'll be doing: 

Working with our Business Solutions & ERP service offering, you will help leading companies succeed with ERP transformations – from design to delivery. Our approach is agnostic: we help our clients succeed with ERP transformations end to end regardless of ERP system. You will spend your time: 
  • Lead large-scale ERP transformationprojects and programmes.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders on ERP strategy; defining project scope, business needs and execution of ERP transformations.
  • Ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, translating complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business and technology, translating between business stakeholders and technical teams. 
  • Drive business development and client relationships.

Qualifications, we hope you will bring

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience as an external consultant with a focus on ERP systems or with a mix of industry work and experience as a management consultant
    • Please note that experience working as an external consultant is a requirement for this role 
  • Relevant master's degree 
  • Fluency in both Danish and English
  • Working knowledge of ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
This role is based out of our Copenhagen offices. A usual work week contains work at various locations: our client sites, at our office and/or at home. We embrace flexibility and hybrid work, but we also cherish physical presence with our clients and colleagues. The magic is in the balance. Applicants must be already living in Denmark
