Role Description

As Unify Partners continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Associate Consultant (Student Assistant) to join our Finance & Operations team. 

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across finance, accounting, business operations and people administration. You will support a range of financial and operational processes while working closely with colleagues across the business.  
We are looking for a student with a strong interest in finance and accounting, who is also curious about the operational side of running a business. You will gain exposure to both financial operations and people administration while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.  

Given the nature of the work, this role requires a high degree of independence, attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion.  

Please note, it is a hard requirement that applicants are currently rolled in their studies, preferably you are coming to the end of your Bachelors degree or you have just started your Master's programme.

Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Operations:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage all accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor and handle company expenses.
  • Assist with financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Co-ordinate and administer gross salary schemes
  • Maintain and update internal systems and employee data across multiple platforms 
People & Business Operations
  • Support employee administration processes and recurring operational activities 
  • Assist with employee milestones and gifts 
  • Support customer gifting and seasonal initiatives
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office, including supplier coordination and office administration.

Qualifications, we hope you will bring

  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least two years of study remaining at your start date. 
  • Strong competencies and knowledge within accounting, finance, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English
